Prototype notice: InvList currently stores all user data in your browser's local storage only. No data is sent to any server. This will change when a backend is connected — this policy will be updated accordingly.
1. Who we are
InvList (invlist.com) is operated by Capitalcom Contracting Group, based in Alicante, Spain. Contact: admin@invlist.com
2. What data we collect
Currently (prototype phase):
- Account information you provide on signup (name, email, password — stored locally in your browser only).
- Preferences you set on the platform (saved deals, language, dark mode).
- No data is transmitted to any external server in this prototype phase.
3. How we use your data
- To provide you with access to the platform and your account.
- To show you relevant deals based on your preferences.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to processing of your data.
- Data portability.

5. Cookies
InvList uses only essential functional storage (browser localStorage) to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies in this prototype phase.
6. Data retention
In the current prototype, all data lives in your browser and is cleared when you clear your browser data. When a backend is introduced, we will publish a full data retention policy.
